1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Wallet" refers to the in-platform balance associated with your jmt9999 Account.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, or other incentive offered by jmt9999 to players.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country or territory where accessing or using online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the jmt9999 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons are not permitted to hold jmt9999 Accounts.

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

jmt9999 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or close your Account if you are found to be ineligible. Any winnings accrued during a period of ineligibility may be forfeited.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the jmt9999 Platform, you must register an Account. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.

Each player is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. jmt9999 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify jmt9999 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any breach of your Account security. jmt9999 may require you to change your password or take other security measures at any time.

jmt9999 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) procedures at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, or at any other time deemed appropriate. You agree to provide all documentation reasonably requested by jmt9999 for this purpose, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification and proof of address.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

jmt9999 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Specific minimum and maximum transaction limits may apply to individual payment methods and are displayed at the point of transaction.

Deposits are credited to your jmt9999 Wallet upon confirmation of receipt by jmt9999. jmt9999 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or your financial institution.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have passed all applicable KYC verification requirements before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible.
• Any active Bonus wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before funds subject to those requirements can be withdrawn.
• jmt9999 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request.
• jmt9999 processes withdrawal requests as promptly as possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any verification procedures.

jmt9999 does not accept deposits made using credit cards for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine payment regulations. Cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals are not supported on the jmt9999 Platform.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

jmt9999 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal limits, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

General bonus conditions applicable to all jmt9999 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are credited to your Account in the form of bonus funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jmt9999 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Registering or operating more than one Account.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other method of circumventing geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, or use of automated software (bots) to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jmt9999 staff or other players.
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content from the jmt9999 Platform without prior written authorization.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the jmt9999 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements — is the property of jmt9999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jmt9999 Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This license does not include the right to reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of jmt9999.

The jmt9999 name, logo, and all associated brand elements are trademarks of jmt9999. Unauthorized use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jmt9999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the Platform.
• Technical failures, service interruptions, or errors in the Platform software.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment processors.
• Any reliance on information provided on the Platform that proves to be inaccurate or incomplete.

The jmt9999 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jmt9999 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jmt9999's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

9. Responsible Gaming

jmt9999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player welfare. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account at any time.

10. Termination and Account Closure

You may close your jmt9999 Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your Wallet (net of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

jmt9999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to satisfy KYC verification requirements within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a regulatory authority.
• Inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

In cases of Account closure due to breach of these Terms or prohibited conduct, jmt9999 reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the Account, including both real-money funds and bonus funds.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jmt9999 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact jmt9999 in good faith to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. jmt9999 will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within a reasonable timeframe and to resolve disputes fairly and transparently.

jmt9999 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Regulatory complaints may be directed to the relevant Philippine gaming authority.

12. Amendments to These Terms

jmt9999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jmt9999 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their Account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the jmt9999 Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 10 above.
